A path through shadowed woodland leads toward a clearing where light begins to take hold.

Fine Art Print

Thinking of Spring captures the ancient woodland of the East Lyn River between Watersmeet and Rockford in Exmoor National Park. A mature beech tree anchors the foreground, while a natural pathway leads through the shadowed woodland towards a brighter clearing beyond.

Cooler earth tones and filtered sunlight create a gradual transition from enclosure towards light, reflecting the subtle seasonal shift from winter into spring. Rather than depicting the season in full bloom, the image captures the quieter anticipation of returning warmth and growth within the woodland.

Print & Finish

Paper prints are produced on heavyweight paper with a white border. The larger canvas option is stretched over a quality pine stretcher frame and finished with a protective lacquer.
