A hypnotic inner mechanism where perception, symbolism, and subconscious systems intertwine.

Available Original

Lollita Popadoppulous is an original graphite pencil drawing built around an intricate network of biomorphic, mechanical and symbolic forms. Three interlocking rings merge with tubular structures at the centre, creating a strange mechanical-organic core that appears simultaneously engineered and alive.

A snake-like form rises through the composition while floating eyes introduce ideas of observation and perception. Rather than describing a fixed narrative, the drawing creates an imagined internal world where organic structures, surreal entities and symbolic imagery coexist within a densely worked monochrome environment.

Artwork & Finish

Drawn in graphite pencil on paper, the work uses layered graphite, precise line work and smooth tonal shading to give the tubular, biomorphic and mechanical forms a convincing sense of volume. The smooth paper supports both finely controlled detail and softer tonal transitions throughout the composition.
