An exploration of hidden forces, transformation, and the unknown.
Available Original
Alchemist’s Gold is an original graphite pencil drawing exploring sacred geometry, esoteric symbolism and ideas of transformation. A triangle enclosed within a circle forms the geometric centre of the composition, creating a mandala-like structure that draws the eye towards a point of stillness.
Surrounding forms appear to converge upon this central geometry, while the implied void beyond introduces a contrast between structured form and open space. Through the recurring language of triangle and circle, the drawing explores transformation, hidden order and the relationship between the visible and unseen.
Artwork & Finish
Drawn in graphite pencil on paper, the work uses layered graphite, precise line work and controlled shading to create fine tonal variation and subtle depth. Soft tonal transitions sit alongside crisply defined edges, allowing the geometric structures to retain their precision within the monochrome composition.
