Volkscafe Commission
Just finished a large new painting for a new mobile coffee business that
will service the beaches of North Devon with the finest freshly ground
coffee. I designed the image to be used as a vinyl wrap on the vehicle,
and used in Volkscafe's branding. Here's a link to the story in the mural section, click below:

Conor becomes a "We" Activist
I am now officially a We Clothing activist. You may have seen the
brand in your local haute couture boutique. At last I can rid myself of
the cordroy flares and tie die t-shirts. It is a very kool brand.
"It was built by a tightly knit group of people with a solid
background in clothing, skateboarding and snowboarding. There were
never any questions about what we wanted to create: a company based on
personal engagement and conviction; a theme of shared ideas and common
values; and friendship, trust and honesty among equals. With a unique
network of contacts among athletes, artists, companies and media, our
first priority was always to create a feeling of solidarity. The term
"Superlative Conspiracy" symbolizes what WESC as a brand and company
represents: a group, a family of good and competent people working
toward the same ideal. We is neither a skateboard nor a snowboard
clothing company; WESC is an street fashion company with its roots in
skateboarding"

Blue Groove Interior
wall mural a major success
It was a large project. Me, Rob Colwell and Matthew
Pine (the owners of Blue Groove) had been discussing the re-vamp of
their restaurant interior for over a year. I had come up with ideas and
by January 2006 had parred them down to a compact design proposal.
There was to be extensive interior muralling, combined with funky 70's
esq. wall papered sections, hidden picture rails and handcarved door
signs. We wanted a totally unique feel to the restaurant, that would
not only combine well with my paintings, that are always on display for
sale, but would offer an atmospheric wineing and dining experience.
Some 400 or more hours later it was complete. Click here for the full story in pictures.

Conor combines forces with The Creative Corporation
We've been talking about it since we first met in the 90's but at
last we have decided to work together on briefs and projects where the
skills of a talented graphic designer, web designer and marketing
strategist...Dave Stansbie of "The Creative Corporation", could be
combined with the visionary artistic and graphic skills of a uniquely
imaginative artist. Together we can supply original and imaginative
solutions to a whole range of design briefs. Be sure to check into this
site regularly to see what we have been collaborating on. Daves more
recent projects have included Tiger Beers new website, Zero 7's new
website, and my new website to name but a few.
