The gallery of original art you find here are all created using acrylic paint on thick stretched canvas. They are made using airbrush and more traditional brush painting techniques. These paintings are inspired by elements of pop art, graphic art, commercial graphics (such as sweet wrappers), street art, and celtic artwork. Influences from the likes of H.R Giger, and Escher are apparent, as are influences from the mandala paintings of Tibet and Nepal.
I am developing a distinctive graphic style that fuses flat bold graphic colour, 3-D airbrushing and in some cases raised sand relief areas to create aesthetically pleasing, and energetic contemporary artworks that will brighten and enliven the spaces in which they are displayed.
